When you register for a tournament event, we collect: your name, email address (optional), and phone number (optional). Tournament organizers may also manually add player information on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To identify you across tournament events and maintain your stats
• To send SMS match notifications during active events (only if you have opted in)
• To display tournament brackets, results, and leaderboards

3. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in, ThrowDown Darts sends automated match-alert text messages to the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies by event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number, and mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for marketing. Opting in is optional and is not required to use ThrowDown.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is accessible only to the tournament organizer(s) of events you register for.

5. Data Retention

Player records are retained as long as the organization account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your tournament organizer.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted database connections and secure authentication.
