When you register for a tournament event, we collect: your name, email address (optional), and phone number (optional). Tournament organizers may also manually add player information on your behalf.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To identify you across tournament events and maintain your stats
• To send SMS match notifications during active events (if phone provided and not opted out)
• To display tournament brackets, results, and leaderboards

3. SMS Communications

If you provide a phone number, you may receive SMS alerts when your match is assigned to a board during a tournament. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or asking your tournament organizer to disable SMS on your profile. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is accessible only to the tournament organizer(s) of events you register for.

5. Data Retention

Player records are retained as long as the organization account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting your tournament organizer.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted database connections and secure authentication.
